    Lada-Vaz-Zhiguli.... russian car based on Fiat 128, i think...: .... rumor goes that turbocharged rotary engines were used for undercover KGB vehicles. otherwise rwd, 4-5spd, 1.2 - 1.7 liter gas engine for civilians
