  i know what causes this...: 1.) blown shocks can allow this to happen 2.) removal of shocks, leaving just the coils to absorb the shock 3.) added weight to the front of the vehicle will also cause some cars to do this... (clamping the rear brake lines will not cause this effect on the same scale, most vehicles these days have about 70% of their stopping power on the front brakes.)
