  seriously: WTF kind of signal light system are they using in Japan. Seems like it's go if you want. That's what happens when you have 12.57 million people living on top of each other, they start driving on top of each other! Could be the govt's secret plan to decrease the population.

  No law enforcement for traffic: I just returned from manila and there are no laws or law enforcement, they just drive however they want and do anything to get around! it is amazing that there arent more accidents than there already are!
