It is Dubai: This is in Dubai, i should know i bleedin live there! Apparently a Cathay Pacific cargo plane had a blowout on the same runway earlier on the same day.

@rossymac Twice???: Well must have happened at 2 airports twice on the same day. The plane that crashed here in Dubai is the one in the clip (look at text in the bottom left hand corner). Bangladesh Airlines flight BG006, on take off from Dubai to Dhaka.
Its not dubai: its Japan
