Just because one small part of the ad: had some reference to the picture only, the rest of the ad was COMPLETY false. Not only is there no logical merrit, even IF the fact that she was clearly trying to mislead is ILLEGAL. WHAT A FUCKEN SCUM BAG, NO HONOUR worthless waste of space!!!!!!!!

well under contract law: she was right... if she was selling the picture then that's what she was selling... people have been duped like this with psp boxes, images of playstations 3 and all other kinds of crap... it's not fraud, it is a scam, but it's pretty legal... i'm not entirely sure how tv-law works, but in real life she would've gotten away with it...
