Well: Lets see, the seat is secured well, the kid has leathers on and a decent looking helmet. I see nothing wrong with this. The driver just has to be more cauious and drive more defensive.

@Hiredguns I agree with you, but: I still wouldn't do it with my kids. I'll transport them in a car.

I have very little knowledge of how a carseat works: so I guess it's hard for me to really see how that was attached to the motorcycle. Doesn't seem like enough proof he was doing anything wrong. Please respond if you understand this better than me
@BobVila64 It might be considered child endangerrment: since the kid is that small. I have kids and a motorcycle, but they don't mix. When they get old enough to be able to hold on good and reach the pegs then that's fine.
