    Elaboration on what dismark said: yOmgwtf guy, first of all, the capillaries are the tiny blood vessels that are near the surface, so they clot very quickly. It is only a major artery which has the high pressure due to the blood being pumped around which is very hard to get to clot. This cut, seems like they have applied pressure and they have missed the major artery, that is why it is no longer bleeding, as the bodys blood clotting system is highly effective and efficient, so bleeding stops rapidly.

      @omgwtfpwnxxorbbqI do sergical: implants all the time! there is usually little to no bleeding. When the body is in shock your blook pressure lowers and your heart rate slows, keeping you from bleeding out!
