    In the old days we used to recommend a shot of strong whiskey: to help shake off the humours of such injuries. Perhaps a dose of Mr. Wilson's "Nervine" nerve sedative would help.

    Not necessarily bad...: I choked a guy out in BJJ class once and he did something similar for about 10 seconds before he woke up and was fine. I thought I had really messed him up, but he was OK.

    While I agree...: I'd say he's convulsing enough for him to do as much damage to himself as taking off the helmet would.

      @DasGrifterThe helmet actually helps stabilize: his head and neck since it touches the ground and keeps his head more aligned with his body. The process of taking it off is risky and then him being able to freely "bobble" his head around is not good.
