I would wager that: the "support the troops" group get all of their information from the corporate owned and controlled media, and believe ever word of it. People who watch TV are the most brainwashed people on the planet.

@Hysejenks: I'm not a liberal Sherlock. And who said that the media is controlled by a republican/conservative force? Not me. The media is as far away from true conservatism as you can get. I suggest that you look up the definition of the word conservative. You will find that the majority of people who say they're conservative are the opposite.

The two ideas aren't mutually exclusive.: We were sold a war on lies. Our troops are trading their blood of oil. Let us stop fighting each other and find a solution to our addiction to oil. I support the men and women that fight for our freedom, and that is why we should never ask them to fight for our greed. Who will be left to fight when a real threat comes. Who will be left to find Bin Laden while the Board of Directors of the energy companies laugh their way to the bank?
