This happened 5 miles from my house...: The guy who was filling the propane tanks, set it up wrong (apparently, from what the video surv. cameras show). I do know that he was badly burned and airlifted to a Seattle tramau hospital that deals with burns. I could be wrong in exact details. I was painting my daughter's room when this happened and the whole house seemed to suck in a deep breath and slam the open doors shut.
