the officer said that i know you are small and i am trying not to use to much force -put your hands behind your back..he knew he was on camera and did not want to hurt her if he could prevent it as she had very small arms but when she bite him he sprayed her and used more force and handcuffed her. the police are between a rock and a hard place-- use to much force and get in trouble use to little and you might get hurt..

I wonder how many black people that say it's excessive would say the same thing if it were a black cop and a white woman. I could care less if it's my own mother and a black cop. I would have told my mom she was insane and deserved more. I'm white by the way.
