I am proud of every one of our troops risking their lives in Afganistan and Iraq. This returning soldier tells his congressman exactly how he feels about his opinions and supposed findings. Good for him!!!

that was jim horan, rep from Virginia's 8th district.: a very liberal politician from northern virginia(suburban DC). Guys like this douche try to deflect an hoorable soldier's statement by saying it wasn't it the form of a question. Mr Horan had EVERYTHING to do with sending that soldier to war IF he voted to authorize the war. I'm sick of elected officials talking out their asses. He got owned by that soldier and didn'y have the stones to make a response.......typical coward.

not sure: i would imagine the morale of the troops in Iraq is a little different than the morale of the troops in Afghanistan. Either way, although I respect everyone in the military, the despicable leadership in this administration would have to make morale pretty terrible.

@vmhammondI'm on a Marine base now: and I have talked to several marines who have spent time in iraq.. and they Know that for the most part their morale is only a front to what their true feelings are. When on duty and in the "war" mindset, Yes, morale is high, but off duty and at homes, no, morale is very very low. They know the war is either wrong or just fishy.. regardless, for the most part they know they shouldnt be there.. they just do what they are told.
