my ds: My Drill Sgt from basic was in the cheve that was hit. All the vehicles where up armored but he said the vehicle had a big chunk out of it..

Poor guys :(. Hope no Americans were hurt from that.: Anyone know what that explosion was to the upper right of the humvee when the ambush first started... didnt look like a mortar / rpg / grenade

You can see how training pays off here: Instant reaction, fast, careful driving, and still considerate of possible casualties while getting the hell out of an ambush. Never supposed to stop and freeze in a situation like that. You haul ass to attack, or keep right the hell going to get out of the zone.

@UsukAzIt's not their job: to fire into a crowd in hopes to hit their attacker. These guys are trained to get the hell out of the situation and only fire if their backed into a corner.
