    Silly truck: I went right through one of those barriers once, back in 1986, in a '77 volvo. I too, was being chased by undercover cops. I had a trunk full of stolen iPod players. They never caught me.

    This isn't a police chase: I've seen that before, it's a crash test to test new barriers. Notice the truck has no driver, and the man holding a flag to give the all clear.
