  aww man thats awesome: i laughed so hard!!! haha, i love it how they step back cos they think it hasnt worked then he jus plumets! so what exactly do you do, exhale loads then stand up holding your breathe an hav two guys push your arms into your chest? is that it?

  Not the wisest: All you are doing is hyperventolating and then standing up quickly, the blood rushes fromy our head and then holding your breathe and the pushing collapses your lungs. kills brain cells, causes brain damage and can kill you. btw, this is real, but don't do it.

  I don't recomend this: , but if you are doing this to someone and want to freak them out. As soon as they fall, throw a sheet over them and turn out the lights..... That is, of course, if your friend doesn't have a seisure and DIE.
