continued: As for her sueing for the chair being an occupational hazard, i say good luck. It will 9 times out of 10 get thrown out do to her causing the chair to slide out by tipping it on 2 legs as she put the phone up. If the chair was on all 4 legs and it happened to break or something then she might have a chance in court.
@Harpoonharry: The camera wasn't moving, someone filmed the monitor on the security camera playback. Can't sue ethier as its not a hidden camera, all the staff knows of the camera, as it is to enforce employees to do their jobs. If this took place in the Restrooms then she could sue, but not in this case.

That chair & floor is: an workplace occupational safety hazard, she should be able to sue quite well. It interesting someone was moving the camera, so she could sue for invasion of privacy as well.
