frankdtank is right: no there isn't usually a phone near the exit at walmart but there are a few that are well hidden so just scope out the departments and there you go. i use to be a manager at a walamart for 3 years and it happend quite often but then again i was usually the one doing it

Wal-mart: You can access Wal-mart's PA system by pressing #96. Find any phone, they all work. To call departments you can use the extension #'s on the back of the phone, it's usually on a sticker. Enjoy!
