It's not a roller coaster. They can control the brakes on it by pulling the lever which causes varying levels of drag based on how hard one pulls. this is called a "luge". Calling it a roller coaster is misleading as to the poster's intended degree of incredulity. With apparent success given absence of comments calling this into question.
