Out on patrol at 3am on a Tuesday morning and the video camera caught this dumb drunk. What the camera didn’t catch was much more insane. This insanely intoxicated guy had driven his car up some sort of ramp and was driving down main street on two wheels. Furthermore he was standing out of the passenger window juggling a bowling ball, smurfette’s dress, and a crystal goblet belonging to King Edward. Luckily I stopped the dumb drunk only moments before he would have crashed into our town’s only kitten orphanage. Justice wins again!
