  Interesting...: ...though the text fades too fast for that volume. Also, you probably shouldn't be advocating people trying this themselves without either a spotter or some decent padding.

    @russellvtThanks for comment: Well, im not advocating anyone. If someone doesnt know if he is ready for it or not, he is stupid. Ofcourse you need a friend,a spotter, or some padding. Im just explaining the technique.
