...: parcour is not to make flips and spins... parcour means. to move from point a to point b as efficiently and quickly as possible ... so fuck the saltis. im also a parcour-runner so, if i jump rooftops, it isnt necessary to make spins and saltis... its just stupid and dangerous.
@mazeckewell: without spins and flips etc. it would be kinda boring

@mazeckeRoofs: are one thing you dont need to get onto. If you watch La Parkour you'd see, and im gonna agree, this video makes me sick. If you think about it, how are you gonna jump from roof to roof without the rolls or the flips from building to building, thats better known as freeflow running, you make me laugh
