They have this story completely wrong. The coach was yelling at the kids because his team was loosing. So after the ref called a penalty the coach punched the ref and knocked him out cold. They guy that rushes in and tackles the coach is actually the assistant coach to the other team. If you look closely the ref is laying on the ground knocked out.
