I see Break is stealing videos now. PS where the hell is my free t-shirt for my top comment last week.

The person driving the multi-million dollar yacht was at fault. Boating traffic is regulated just like street traffic. Anyone crossing in front of you from the right has right-of-way when you are on approach and have visual of their port side. The only exception is when a boat is too large to move, like a tanker, freighter or ferry.
@Kezeal Unless this is some screwed up place like Chinese waters, where they do things backwards.

On the left side of a boat is a red light; on the right side is a green light. If you face the red light stop. If you face the green light go. The guys with the camera ran the red light. The approaching boat had a green light. The announcer’s wrong. Left-port-wine-red.

The larger vessel was the "give way" vessel. Not because it was larger, but because the larger vessel was to the port side of the smaller one. The Captain of the smaller vessel had the responsibility of staying on course and holding speed and the Captain of the larger vessel had the responsibility of changing course and or speed to avoid collision or impedance of the smaller one. Here's the tricky part.... in the event that these rules are not adhered to, all Captains are required to make any

What's shocking is how they can take a 4 second clip of video and show it over and over to drag it out into a 10 minute segment for a lame TV show.

how is this even possible...
@KumoXtreme I say the same when I see your lack of avatar.
netwrok - a year ago
Both of these boats could have avoided this. Therefore, both the dumbfuck drivers are at fault.
@netwrok Drivers? Drivers? FN landlubbers!

@ispewmalarkey i think he meant to say both the dumbfuck pilots are at fault

The larger boat was in the wrong. Know your boating rules.
Irish_Pimp - a year ago
@uBlow you obviously know nothing about the rules of boating. look at the water around the larger vessel and you can clearly see they are at idle speed or slower. the smaller vessel is traveling over 1/2 throttle. he is in the wrong and all i could see was he was drunk or just away from the controls with his autopilot running.
Mizzatt - a year ago
@uBlow Yea, and you're wrong, has nothing to do with size. Both boats are powered vessels, the ship that has the other boat on their starboard (right side) is the boat that must give way. So the boat that had the camera on it was at fault unless they were trolling or hauling another boat, which is doubtful.
@Mizzatt you are correct with that. but the vessel with the camera was giving way. hence under no power or idle power
@Mizzatt and it is trawling not trolling ;p
@Irish_Pimp No/idle power isn't giving way, you're to turn parallel or away from the vessel. In either case both should have avoided the collision. On the Internet it's trolling ;)
@Irish_Pimp so then Iarestirker is a trawl?

Women shouldn't drive boats
