Ouchie that gotta suck, it doesn't matter if he has insurance though still he looked at it that is car got damaged, and you will never have that attutide like he got unless you have been in accident or something simlar, and it bothered him because he was there and saw it happen to him. that is enough to piss any one off.

@uxu5doesn't matter if he has insurance or not, it happened right in front of him, it is his vehicle and his property how would you feel? Same thing about accidents when you are inside the car, you get the same attutide wether you have insurance or not.
