Born in a suburb of Sydney, Australia on July 30, 1982, to polish immigrant parents, her first acting role was when she played Viola in a school production of “Twelfth Night”.

In an interview with Craig Ferguson, Yvonne mentions that she’s very adventurous, enjoying activities such as rock climbing, hiking, horseback riding and camping.

In 2009, Strahovski was rated #94 on Maxim’s 2009 Hot 100 Women of the World. In 2010, she moved up 17 spots to #77.
