While the milk jug challenge may seem like an easy feat, these videos will attest that it is anything but trivial. Even the lactose tolerant will have problems when 8.5 pounds of milk flood your stomach. Some contestants try to change up the challenge such as in the Christmas Gallon Challenge video below. But even spiced eggnog will not stop the gallon of cream from becoming a violent projectile when vomited. Try the milk challenge if you must but know that it will end painfully for everyone involved.
