A new favorite hitting the web is the baby who laughs hysterically at paper ripping. It started out with his daddy ripping up a job rejection letter. The kid just went nuts. Babies laugh at the strangest things sometimes. They had this kid on the Today Show and, funnily enough, he didn’t laugh at Matt Lauer.
