Bell first gained the attentions of nerds and men everywhere as the star of “Veronica Mars”. Bell played a precocious teen detective with a knack for theft and disguises. While not commercially successful the show paved the way for later starring turns in films like “When In Rome” and “Forgetting Sarah Marshall”. In March 2013, a Kickstarter project page was created proposing a "Veronica Mars" movie to be made if they received enough funding. Fans got word and the project made history. It reached it's $2 million goal in one day!

Although finding most of her success on film Bell has not been limited to this medium. Beginning in 2007 Bell began voicing the character of Lucy in the Assassin’s Creed franchise. This geek cred was solidified with Bell’s portrayal of the perfect gamer girl in the film “Fanboys”. There really is nothing better than a blond nerd with a sense of humor.
