Drifting is not always the safest trick to do. Dumbasses around the world try to do it on city streets, usually crashing into poles or pedestrians and messing up their cars. When done in a legitimate competition at a speedway, it is quite a sight to see.

There are also competitions for radio-controlled car drifting. Drivers control their miniature RC cars around the track gliding around turns like magic.
