Cops have a bad reputation because they have a tendency to abuse their appointed powers; which is a shame because there are some good ones out there. Cop fights happen when they are trying to arrest someone or if someone is mouthing off to them. Getting into a cop fight is extremely simple. First, do something to break the law.
