Bullying can be emotional, verbal, or physical abuse. Studies have shown that envy and resentment may be motives for bullying. While some bullies are arrogant and narcissistic, others can use bullying as a tool to conceal shame or anxiety or to boost self esteem; by demeaning others, the abuser himself feels empowered.
Recently, a video was posted online of a bully finally getting back at his tormentor. Australian teen Casey Heynes has been deemed a hero after he got tired of the taunting and body-slammed his bully, Ritchard Gale. He was simply tired of being bullied so he fought back to defend himself.
