When Britney Spears debuted her first single, Baby One More Time, in 1999 during the teen pop music wave, men all over the world fell in love with her naughty school girl look. She is a pop culture icon and is currently ranked 6th on Forbes 100 Most Powerful and Influential celebrities in the world.

Although it may seem like Britney Spears has it all, she is no exception to the price of fame. Britney’s recent years have been spotted with personal struggles. She divorced her husband Kevin Federline (with whom she had two children with), went to drug rehab, suffered the loss of her aunt (whom she had been very close with), lost custody of her children, her father was granted conservatorship over her finances, and of course the shaved head incident. Spears was constantly in the limelight and her meltdown was highly publicized.
Britney is currently staging a slight comeback to fame. Britney's newest album, Femme Fatale, debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart in March 2011.
