@JustinMcElroy Actually buddy, this is Portland. Not Seattle. This takes place on the bottom of the West Hills at the end of downtown PORTLAND. Right in front of my work where I saw it myself. During the snow storm a few years back that shut us down. You need to do a little research of your own. Quit failing so much.

I learned to drive in the snow in Portland... Had me driving for AMR ambulance company the same day. Watch out for those ambulance drivers. eeek!
