yes disobeing a police officer is a crime but you have to be commiting a crime in order for them to stop, once she seen they were just pumping up a ball she should have kept riding, the officer had no right to tell them to leave a public place! none the less good prank!!

@Anthony-Berry-423 Actually thats false, the police can stop and talk to anyone. They just can't hold you there against your will unless they are conducting an investigation or the stop was in response to a call they received.
