    the tape is to train the ears to stand up after they have been cropped I should know this is my dog CHICO and my son taking the hit. oh yea and you can here me LMAO in the back ground!!!!!!!!

      @BllasaeDobermans ears aren't pointy by nature, you have to tape their ears so they stay up like that so they don't chew on their ears by accident.

      @Bllasaeaccually your both stupid. dobermans ears have to be "cropped" they surgically cut them into shape so they stand up and are pointy and also much smaller than they originally are. so yea that tape is accually bandages covering his recently "cropped" ears.
