HAHAHA! I love how she gestures at him like HE'S the stupid one. Russians are big on dash cams. Think I might get one! Probably saved this guy as he clearly points it out and the couple get an "Oh crap" look on their faces

First of all England and Australia have the steering wheel on the right side of the car, and they also drive on the left side of the road. So this rules out the guy as the driver. it looks like that video was recorded in london and if it was I'm sorry to say this but it was the dude driving steering wheel is on the opposite side

  @MAJ1986 The woman was driving, you can tell because the brake lights were still on after the guy go out. Only after the woman started to get out did they go off. Also, it appears that the guy driving the vehicle with the dash cam got out on the left.

  @MAJ1986 They are on the right hand side of the road. Steering is therefore, on the left. Driver is always next to the oncoming traffic.

  @MAJ1986 Here in Northern Ireland, our cars have the steering wheel on the right, and we drive on the left. As another comment pointed out, the typical policy is that the driver be towards the inside of the road. However, we also have a lot of foreign nationals who drive their cars from other eastern Europian countries, and most of their cars will be left hand drive. So, while the country may drive on the left, depending on the car, the driver can actually be situated either to the left or right depending on their v

Mmm Even though I never witnessed such an incidents, but I knew it'll happen, and this is it! A total scam to collect the insurances, from both sides. The woman may use the money to pay off her BMW. Clever! If you don't have the intelligence to be productive to the society, that's all you can do to survive!

  @PeteZgreat actually, you can tell this is obviously not a scam. First, they would have slammed the brakes much harder in the first place to see if they could actually force the driver to bump them. 2nd, they wouldnt have hit the brakes at all while backing up. You can tell at the last second or two, the woman hits the brakes either because she sees the guy, or because she was about to switch gears to drive forward and park to the right.
