I love all cars...: ...but Imports have the upperhand in my book. Who wants 6.0 liters of gas guzzling power? Well I would but not for my daily driver. But Evolution 8s, RX8s, STIs, and such. Less than 2.6 liters per car and still can beat a 6.0. That's impressive in my book.

seriously what a waste.: its a honda, and as if that isnt bad enough, its an accord. And yes, i would like to see his domestic 5.0 beat a skyline, in fact, i would like to see a skyline, period, oh wait, i never have. because 99.9% of them are in japan.

Hey: i would like to see your Damn domestic 5.0 beat the 300 + KM/h Skyline, or how about this nice 500 HP civic Hatch? http://videos.streetfire.net/player.aspx?fileid=CD86FB97-62E9-4637-9743-42A8DB0C66A5 Imports have their + and -, so do Domestics, its all a matter of personal oppinion. And I for one love my Imports, Honda primarily. Oh, and as for Resale value, the CR-v is the best, hence being dubbed, "Crazy Resale - Value" :P

alkaholik and Ford Mustang 5.0...cont again: twice the number of cylinders. And in my humble opinion, 166 horsepower, while not a great amount, is plenty considering I can get 35+ miles per gallon and go for nearly 600 miles before I have to fill up again. I guess it's all about what you want out of a car, and I guess I have to respect the fact that some people want more power who are willing to pay for it, I just couldn't give a shit.

If you honestly care that your car is more powerful than mine, that's cool 'cause I couldn't give a shit--I know there are a ton of cars on the road with more power than my trusty Honda, and I'm not stupid enough to think I'm tough shit 'cause I can pull off the line faster than a tiny Toyota Echo because that doesn't mean anything, just like a mustang beating me

alkaholik and Ford Mustang 5.0...: The 5.0 liter engine in those mustangs was a powerful engine given the weight of the car--but a lot of those engines had a tendency to die with relatively few miles on them--which is why law enforcement agencies like the Highway Patrol stopped using them. Again, I'm not saying all of them were crap, just a statistically relevant amount. As for my 4-banger versus another car on the road--are you stupid? No one who drives an I4 is going to race anyone, so your comment is

Let me clarify guys: I didn't say that ALL domestic cars are crap--that's not true at all, and I know there are quite a few out there with a ton of miles with no problems whatsoever. But statistically, if you actually researched it, you'd find fewer service requirements during the life of an import (well, let me clarify--a good import like Honda/Toyota--not a Hyundai or crap like that) than a domestic, and the life of an import is typically longer than the life of a domestic.

Theres nothing wrong with this car: If someone wants to spend a retarded amount of time and cash on their accord, more power to em! I mean seriously, you dont have to think its cool but whoever did it did a good job. As far as the '92 mustang... that 305 WAS one of the best engines of its time.. but everyone else has moved on. They havn't put a 5.0 in a ford in 15 years...
