  Sad picture: flat facial profile, an upward slant to the eyes, small ears, a single crease across the center of the palms, and an enlarged tongue. Ungowa is right, also possibly Beckwith Wiedman syndrome. Low muscle tone and loose joints are also characteristic of children with DS, and babies in particular may seem especially "floppy."
