eat some asparagus, wait one to two hours, then urinate on the stains. but don't let them dry! body fluids are best (saliva, ejaculate, tears, or more urine). if the stain persists, wear on top of head for direct sunlight exposure for 1 week. if stain still there, and as last resort, borrow your friend's (preferably previously worn for best comfort). best of luck!

i would just say use a tampon and that would keep you from getting the "spaghetti stains".

I have peanut butter stains in the front of my underwear, and mayonnaise stains in the back, should I just use soap and water?
