TheAsylumite is correct. Its not a spider or a scorpian, it is a Amblypygid which is an arachnid. They are completely harmless.

i had one of these in my bathroom in india about 3 weeks ago...i poked it until it got mad. they're harmless.

@wEaksaucETheAsylumite is right. It is called a tailless whip scorpion. It is the same thing that was on Fear Factor, but they called it something else. Next time don't go to Joe Rogan for expertise on the animal kingdom.
