I see this at work once in a while too. I suspect its obese people who have no idea where their asshole actually is in relation to the seat.

There's a shitstain asswipe like this at my work, too. What perplexes me is that, judged by the smears the asshole leaves behind, he sits in his own shit, while smearing it around. Jesus Fvcking Christ!

nobody wants to sit on a different bog seat so they hover over the drop zone...the problem with that method tho is it causes more cling ons to occur which requires the buttocks to be shaken thus cling ons can land on the seat.

  @asshole1000 same here. It has to be a fat person. There is no other explanation as to how a skinny person can do this. Plus, fat people are so lazy and unhygienic that a little shit on their legs and toilet seat isn't worth the energy it would take for them to wipe it off.
