It was 1988 or '89, It actually became quite valuable if you had one with the writing. There are three versions: Words, scribbled out, and blocked out. They are most valuable in that order.

This "card" was sort of a "fake" I remember when this card came out. Billy never wrote that on his bat. It was put there by someone at Fleer as a joke. I forget how many were made before it got caught. But as far as I know there was enough printed that the card never became much of any value.
