   Apparently they're always broke since they never tip. Yet, they can afford to eat out. How about PBJ? Cereal? Mac N' Cheese?

  i'm black and most of my friends are puerto rican and black or mixed , we always tip about 35%-40% its not a race thing its a $$$ think , if you cant tip go to the dollar menu

  The majority of white people tip well if they aren't under 18 or over 55. Blacks, Asians, hispanic (pretty much any ethnicity) can almost be gauranteed 0%-10%.
