how it works: the water is pumped up into the tap in a tube, the water then pours out around the tube hiding it. looks great

Fontain: i saw this fountain in real life and touched it :) its in Ypres (west of belgium where the 1st world war was fought mainly) and there is in fact a tube sucking up the water and then gravity does the rest. I can assure you, it's quite impressive.
