  There is no striking in Judo, Throws, chokes, submission holds is prodominatly what it is.....

  This is Aikido, it's a throw, not a chop, and Judo literally means "way of (do) softness or pliability (Ju)" "chops" are definitely not a part of the style, however, when strikes are used in Aikido, they are called "atemi."
