  That's in Cape Town, South Africa. Clues are the cars with CA number plates and roads that indicate people drive on the left (so not in Europe).

  Umm that is a perfectly fine use of the word "Centre".. another break fail. Look at the little European cars you dumb ass. Probably in Europe where centre is used over center although it carries the same meaning. Gawd what a fail! Oh and take it home in a bucket.
