  Half Dome: That's the top of Half Dome in Yosemite National Park. It's a 12 hour, 17 mile round trip hike, with an elevation gain of 4,000 feet from the valley floor. I've hiked that over ten times. That's an awesome view, you feel like you're on the top of the world. To get up there, you have to climb some cables up the back of the dome, pretty intense!!
