i dont get it....all i see is that the trainer might possibly have a boner?
To pull that off would take some serious core strength, this is far from a fail, I'm assuming the instructor has him properly spotted on this one.
this actually is a known exercise......great for stabilizer muscles
That personal trainer needs more schooling.
