  My uncle used to toss an empty baby seat off of a balcony to watch people flip out. Kind of like pushing an empty stroller out into traffic.

  Fetal alcohol is a syndrome which occurs when the baby is still in the FETUS, hence, FETAL. I don't think the Break staff ever passed highschool....
