  This is at photo is actually at Texas A&M University. Those bicycle police really are assholes. I received a ticket in that exact same spot, and I was sitting in my car.

    @jinx88I lived in those dorms right there freshman year. My buddy parked his car in that exact spot one night and the next day his driver side mirror was missing. And he got a ticket from the bike cop.
